Refunds and cancellation

What you pay for
Making and sending a card is free. Premium is an optional, one-time upgrade for one card, for ₹29 (the price is shown before you pay). It removes the “Made with Wishesapp” line, keeps the card online without the 30-day limit, and turns on the extras you added: background music, your voice message and up to 3 photos.
Delivery
Premium is digital. It is unlocked on your card the moment the payment is confirmed, on the same link. Nothing is shipped.
Cancellation
There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel later. Until you complete the payment you can close the payment window at any time and you will not be charged.
Refunds
If Premium did not work on your card (for example the card did not upgrade, or the music, voice message or photos would not play), tell us within 7 days of paying. We will fix it, or refund the full ₹29 if we can’t.
If you paid twice for the same card, we refund the extra payment.
Refunds go back to the account or card you paid with, through Razorpay. Your bank usually shows them within 5–7 working days.
Cards removed for breaking our terms are not refunded.
Money taken but the payment failed
If your bank or UPI app took the money but the payment shows as failed, it is returned to you automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If it isn’t, contact us.
How to ask
Write to us from the contact page with the card link (it looks like wishesapp.buildcity.cloud/w/abc2345) and, if you have it, the UPI reference or Razorpay payment id from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.

आप किस चीज़ के पैसे देते हैं
कार्ड बनाना और भेजना मुफ़्त है। प्रीमियम एक कार्ड के लिए वैकल्पिक, एक बार का अपग्रेड है, ₹29 में (भुगतान से पहले कीमत दिखाई जाती है)। इससे “Made with Wishesapp” की लाइन हटती है, कार्ड 30 दिन की सीमा के बिना चालू रहता है, और आपकी जोड़ी ख़ास चीज़ें चालू होती हैं: पीछे हल्का संगीत, आपकी आवाज़ में संदेश और 3 फ़ोटो तक।
डिलीवरी
प्रीमियम डिजिटल है। भुगतान पक्का होते ही उसी लिंक पर आपके कार्ड में चालू हो जाता है। कुछ भी भेजा नहीं जाता।
रद्द करना
यह कोई सब्सक्रिप्शन नहीं है और अपने-आप दोबारा नहीं कटता, इसलिए बाद में रद्द करने को कुछ नहीं है। भुगतान पूरा होने से पहले आप कभी भी भुगतान वाली विंडो बंद कर सकते हैं, कोई पैसा नहीं कटेगा।
रिफ़ंड
अगर प्रीमियम आपके कार्ड पर ठीक से नहीं चला (जैसे कार्ड प्रीमियम नहीं हुआ, या संगीत, आवाज़ वाला संदेश या फ़ोटो नहीं चले), तो भुगतान के 7 दिन के अंदर हमें बताइए। हम उसे ठीक करेंगे, और न कर पाए तो पूरे ₹29 लौटा देंगे।
अगर एक ही कार्ड के लिए दो बार भुगतान हो गया, तो दूसरा भुगतान हम लौटा देते हैं।
रिफ़ंड Razorpay के ज़रिए उसी खाते या कार्ड में जाता है जिससे भुगतान हुआ था। बैंक में आमतौर पर 5–7 कामकाजी दिनों में दिखता है।
जो कार्ड हमारे नियम तोड़ने पर हटाए जाते हैं, उनका रिफ़ंड नहीं होता।
पैसे कटे पर भुगतान फ़ेल हुआ
अगर बैंक या UPI ऐप से पैसे कट गए पर भुगतान फ़ेल दिखा, तो वो पैसे अपने-आप लौट आते हैं, आमतौर पर 5–7 कामकाजी दिनों में। न लौटें तो हमसे संपर्क कीजिए।
कैसे माँगें
संपर्क पेज से हमें लिखिए। कार्ड का लिंक (जैसे wishesapp.buildcity.cloud/w/abc2345) और हो सके तो रसीद से UPI रेफ़रेंस या Razorpay पेमेंट आईडी भेजिए। हम 2 कामकाजी दिनों में जवाब देते हैं।
